Restaurant découvert cette semaine. La taille du lieu est inversement proportionnelle à la générosité des pizze (je n'ai pas pu finir la mienne!!!) qui sont d'excellente qualité. Service très gentil. J'y retournerai volontiers lors de futures promenades dans le quartier.

Why a restaurant that can seat 12 patrons needs to implement ordering by tablet remains a mystery. Also, why only the pizza crust is baked and not even the mozzarella is melted. It makes for a cold pizza experience. The ingredients were good, but altogether cold, so these old-fashioned pizza lovers were rather disappointed.
Thank you for your feedback. Our digital tablets allow us to update our menu regularly, adapt our offers to seasonal products, and avoid constantly reprinting menus. They also provide instant translations into around ten languages. Although our team speaks French, English, Italian and Spanish, we welcome many international guests, and this feature is particularly appreciated by travellers who may not understand those languages. A paper menu is also available upon request. Regarding your pizza, our mozzarella di bufala, like our burrata, is intentionally added after baking. These fresh, delicate and particularly juicy cheeses are not intended to be cooked at very high temperatures.
